Donated artwork (Masterpieces) will be displayed in four separate categories, based on value; $50, $100, $200 and $500.  Ticket purchase value is equivalent to the donation amount. 


Donors will reserve a time to come in to choose the piece of artwork.  Reservations are made in the order received.  Sunday, August 30 and Monday, August 31 are the designated days that donors can come in to choose their favorite piece of art.

This is our primary fundraiser for 2020. Everyone is welcome!

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A full refund of event fees will be made if HAHC cancels the scheduled event. Cancellations by the participant must be received at least 36 hours prior to the start of the event in order to receive a full refund of the fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 36 hours prior to the start of the event.


Refunds will be made by check and will be mailed to the participant at the address provided during registration for the event.
