Mark your travel calendar for the Northeast Georgia Arts Tour Open House summer swing through the galleries, shops, studios and guilds belonging to artists and crafts people in the Northeast Georgia mountain counties of White, Habersham, Rabun and, new this year, Lumpkin. From Dahlonega to Tallulah Falls more than 100 artists at over 35 locations will offer the finest paintings, pottery, jewelry, fiber arts, wood work, mixed media, metal, photography, hand-crafted furniture and more in a self-guided, driving and walking tour. You choose your starting point and plot a course for the day or for the weekend. With hundreds of miles of creativity, artistic presentation will reveal itself at every turn!
Additionally, you’ll be welcomed by the area’s best Georgia grown restaurants, lodging establishments, wineries and performing arts venues. While many participants are open year ‘round, this warm weather weekend will introduce you or bring you back to art’s best in show and where to go across Northeast Georgia. Just look for the bright yellow Art Zone signs!
